Deposit for Booking: €250
Cancellation Policy: If the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance, the full deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded (50% retention). If the cancellation is made less than 15 days in advance, the deposit will not be refunded (100% retention).
Security Deposit: €250 (not included in the booking deposit)

The rental of Mas Pigot is available by the week during the high season, which runs from June 15 to September 15. During July and August, check-ins and check-outs must occur from Saturday to Saturday, with check-in scheduled for Saturday at 17:00 and check-out the following Saturday at 9:30.
It is essential to note that for events, celebrations, or the hiring of external services such as catering that utilize the facilities of Mas Pigot, prior communication and authorization from the property is required. This ensures proper coordination and guarantees that all guests enjoy a pleasant experience.
Additionally, please be informed that bachelor/bachelorette parties and parties for individuals under 25 years of age are not allowed in order to preserve the tranquility and good atmosphere of the place. This policy is designed to ensure that all visitors can relax and enjoy the peace that this charming rural retreat offers.
